After the very successful first conference on the Early Neolithic in Europe (ENE2019) in Barcelona, we are pleased to announce that the University of Zadar will host the second conference on the Emergence of the Neolithic in Europe (ENE2025) from May 22-25, 2025.

This symposium provides a unique platform for archaeologists, archaeometrists, scientists, and researchers from the Balkan region and beyond to come together to discuss and exchange ideas on the latest developments in archaeological science and methodology.

On October 5, 2024, Prof Tefko Saračević, PhD, a professor emeritus at Rutgers University in the USA and a distinguished scientist, passed away.
