Within the framework of the Science Festival, which this year is themed Nature and Society, the Department of Ecology, Agronomy and Aquaculture of the University of Zadar, in cooperation with the Department of Tourism and Communication Sciences, the Olive Cooperative "Lun" and the University Library, is organising the sixth Olive Thursday in a row, on April 27, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the University Library, New Campus (dr.Franjo Tuđman 24i).

The first lecture, entitled "Olive Experience in Tourism in Zadar County", will be given by Tomislav Klarin, PhD, from the Department of Tourism and Communication Sciences. The aim of this lecture is to determine the role of olives, olive oil and other products in tourism in Zadar County.

The second lecture, entitled "The Gardens of Lunja Olives", will be given by Dr. Andrea Cantore Badurina, the coordinator of the Lun Olive Gardens and the agricultural activities of the Olive Cooperative "Lun".

The guest of the evening will be the women's choir "Zikva" from Pašman.
