As part of the project EU-CONEXUS RFS, a series of six workshops will be organised to improve the knowledge and skills of young researchers for project application. The first workshop in this series was organised at the University of Zadar on the topic of "Relevance" and took place from September 21-23, 2022. Eighteen R2/R3 level researchers participated in the workshop, three researchers from each university of the EU-Conexus Alliance (AUA, KU, LRUniv, UCV, UNIZD and UTCB). The workshop leaders of the Relevance Workshop in Zadar were Ivan Curzolo, Director of the Informest Agency (Italy), and Sandra Milovanović Soldatić from the Croatian Science Foundation.
