The 14th World InterUniversities Tournament EUROROMA 2014 was held in Rome from 13 to 16 November 2014, in the organisation of the University of Rome.
174 university teams from 28 countries in Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and Asia participated in the tournament.
The University of Zadar participated with four sports teams, including men’s and women’s basketball players, indoor soccer players, and women’s volleyball players. The University of Zadar's women’s basketball players won the 1st prize, a golden medal; men’s basketball players won the second place, a silver medal; in an extremely strong competition, the indoor soccer players came fourth, and the women’s volleyball players claimed the fifth place.
With their achievements in sports arenas, and with fellowship in supporting their teams while showing respect for the adversaries, the teams represented the University of Zadar in the best possible way.
