The number of participants for each university is 1 teacher/professor and 3 PhD or Master students.
Students taking part in the Seminar must fulfil the following requirements:
− a strong interest in geography of water;
− a good knowledge of the English language;
− an inclination towards group work and active participation;
− being present in Zadar July 7th – July 18th.
Every student who successfully finishes the course will receive 5 ECTS.
Presentation of student researches should be in form of posters with short oral presentation (5 minutes per poster). Professors can present results of their topical researches in form of ppt (25 minutes per presentation).
The participation fee is € 100 for students and € 150 for professors.
Travel and subsistence
75% of real travel cost (maximum € 200 per participant) will be reimbursed on the basis of invoices, receipts, boarding passes, tickets and proofs of payment. Subsistence is provided on full pension basis. The grant agreement requires full-term participation, so we kindly ask participants to stay in Zadar during the whole seminar July 7th – July 18th.
For organizational purposes, we kindly ask you to register participants from your university (both professors and students) by April 1st 2013. Please, fill in the attached Registration Form and send it back by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). In order to arrange accommodation, meals and excursions, and to form the working groups, we need to know the number of participants and the arriving/departure details as soon as possible.
